Unfortunately I won’t be attending the opening party for the John Waters show at OCMA because of an annual Halloween party I attend every year but I have to admit all this John Waters talk has inspired this years costume.

Costume Lab Coat. Check!

Fake Poo. Check!

Brown Makeup. Check!

This is going to get messy…

    I just think John Waters is overrated. He’s exhibited at tons of museums and given talks everywhere but I don’t but him in the realm of auteurs such as Cronenberg or Chantel Akerman, whose works are more relevant in a place like a museum exhibition, in my humble opinion. 🙂

    I think there’s a lot of people out here would a agree with you:
    a. That John Waters is overrated
    b. That my Hallowen costume rocked.
