01 Nov FS Open House This Sunday
This is a reminder post that after you go to the Office opening this Saturday night we also have something for you to do on Sunday. Come on over and meet my crazy in-laws, I know you want to. It looks like this ongoing project by FS has been curated into a show by Meg Cranston that will open at the Riverside Museum sometime in the spring. So you might even have a chance to see yourself documented on a museum wall…..with my crazy mother in-law. Details follow:
Heads Up everybody! Finishing School’s latest action Open House will be taking place, of all places at my house, and you are all invited. The date has been set and all the festivities will be taking place on Sunday Nov. 6th from 1-4pm. All the details can be Found Here.
Open House facilitates temporary coalitions of people from various networks of experience, framed in a domestic setting for the simple purpose of creating meaningful experiences in a space that was previously inaccessible. FS hopes that each Open House creates disclosure, vulnerability, and interaction for each of the participants.
The vulnerability they’re seeking is definitely there. You all can take care of the disclosure and interaction. Hope to see you.
