Schiele A couple of other stops we made in NY I forgot to mention that will probably end up on the year end top ten list were the Egon Schiele show at the Neue Galerie and the Van Gogh Drawing show at the Met.

Although both shows were really crowded both shows were really good. Just bring your patience.

And the hot new find courtesy of my friend Mark Dutcher was his recommendation to have lunch at Cafe Sabarsky in the Neue Gallerie. It really did feel like we were back in Vienna in a little cafe sharing a Sacher Torte. A must visit if you’re there.

    Yeah, Cafe Sabarsky is greast. My wife and I got to go there this weekend (skipped the museum, however.) Great atmosphere and wonderful food. Nice to get away from the the youngster for a few hours and act like adults… 😉
