Here’s an interesting one for you to check out this Saturday. During the art walk in Santa Ana The Seed will be hosting a tribute to Dr. Robert Moog. Details follow:
The Seed design studio will pay tribute to the late synthesizer inventor Robert Moog with a gallery exhibit of classic Moog synthesizers, sponsored by Michael Krewitzy of professional sound. There will be a screening @ 6:15pm of the documentary "Moog" followed by a Q&A session with the documentary’s director Hans Fjellestad. As well as live performances by Hans Fjellestad and The Volt per Octaves. Brian Kehew of The Moog Cookbook will also be displaying an impressive collection of Moog memorabilia and relics dating as far back as the 60’s, the earliest days of Moog!
