I was having lunch yesterday with a curator and the very interesting topic of old snapshot collecting came up. I got quite the education on what people are fanatical about when it comes to collecting old snap shots and found photographs. Everything from post-mortem photography, hot-rod culture, gay-interest to even old halloween pics are hot right now. Interesting stuff.

So after that discussion I’m bummed I’m going to miss out on this Charles Phoenix Slide Show happening this weekend in Brea. But you should go.
