I leave for NYC next week and the first thing on the agenda is definitely Mecca, otherwise known as the Museum everyone loves to hate. It’ll be my first visit to the new digs.

I usually take a lot of the armchair quaterbacking in stride when it comes to large institutions such as MOMA. It’s a pretty easy target. I wouldn’t wish that director role on anyone. You’ll never make everybody happy.

And besides, Saltz really liked Elizabeth Murray. Hard to take his word as gospel……
