After getting done over by a client this morning (I’m telling you, the art world may suck sometimes but man this other life….) I sought respite by running up to Brea to meet with Travis Collinson and check out his new work. Outstanding!Think Peter Doig, Luc Tuymans and Vija Celmins all rolled into one. Look for him at The Office spring/summer next year, Then I headed over to Santa Ana to catch the Camille Rose Garcia show at GCAC and see what was up at OCCCA. It was nice to get away.
