It's auction time again at the Huntington Beach Art Center. The festivities start this Friday night from 7-10pm with a preview party where you'll be able to see the work in the auction and meet some of the artists. After this weekend of great OC openings you'll be able to finish it all off with FH Mens Room Gallery's inaugural opening on Monday night the 14th. Looks like there's a couple of new galleries opening up shop here in Orange County. Both are run by long time local art appraisers. First off is Fred Page's new place in Costa Mesa called Grace Lane Gallery. There was a recent write up on Fred's new gallery in the Daily Pilot. Next up is Lisa Lodeski Fine Art. Her next opening will be held May 19th and will feature Deborah Barr. Get out there and support their efforts. ...
