The OC Art Blog was created in 2004 as a way to build community and promote the marginalized but dynamic Orange County art scene.

Congratulations are due for former local artist Christine Nguyen. Christine is the first recipient of the Contemporary Collectors of Orange County's $10,000 fellowship award. Christine was chosen from ten artists selected by James Elaine of the Hammer Museum and Meg Linton from the Ben Maltz Gallery, Otis College.
