07 May Saturday Night Live
Mrs. OC Art Blog and I trekked on over to the Santa Ana Artists Village to catch the first Saturday openings. Fun was had by all. If you are in the area be sure to catch both the OCCCA show and the Mentor/Mentee show at Grand Central. Both are solid. I also ran over to SolArt Gallery for the first time. The vibe was good and I would have liked to stay longer for the music but Mrs. OC Art Blog needed to be fed before things went south. Some photo’s follow:
Next stop Grand Central Art Center.
Take the art home with you….on your arm.
Robbie Miller holding down the fort at The Tony Danza Gallery. Look out Mary Boone.

the second picture (Cheryl Ekstrom?) reminds me a LOT of Louise Bourgeois… Is that a coincidence, reference, or sad occurence? And how does it handle the similarity (?) in real life?
