The OC Register came out with their 13th annual Best of Orange County list today and the winning galleries are:

1. Laguna Beach Art Galleries (is that a gallery?)

2. Wyland Galleries "Exclusive Wyland, Disney collectibles"

3. Village Gallery "One of the largest Thomas Kinkade Dealers" (Their words not mine)

    The Best of OC is an advertising supplement put out by the advertising staff. The Register’s newsroom has nothing to do with it.

    I guess Orangeberg now has the answer to the question she posed on August 23rd as to, “Why is there so much negativity surrounding the OC art scene?” So apparently Kevin Costner can be forgiven, well, for the state of the OC art scene, but not for Waterworld.
