Actually my Mom tipped me off on this one. Attention artists and art fans, there’s a new artwalk in long beach held every first friday over in the Bixby area of Long Beach. It seems that this one might be a little more organic than the repeated attempts to turn the "east village" into an arts destination. Mom says she’ll buy dinner at Four Olives Cafe so it looks like I’ll be checking it out soon.
