I don’t talk about it much here for some reason but Mrs. OC Art Blog and I have been fans of Long Beach’s Museum of Latin American Art for some time. One of our favorite artists in our collection Mario Perez was discovered through the museum. I found out recently that their very fine Director Gregorio Luke has resigned after 10 years of service and guiding the museum through its recent expansion. His lectures under the stars are legendary in these parts. Best of luck on the new endeavors.
