The OC Art Blog was created in 2004 as a way to build community and promote the marginalized but dynamic Orange County art scene.

I first picked up a copy of Monocle at the newsstand in South Coast Plaza a few months back and was impressed right away. For those interested in art, design, culture, business with an international focus you can't go wrong with this fairly new magazine. Miami is over. The reports I've received is the sales were pretty sluggish in and around the many satellite fairs. We're cruising into the Holidays and you can already tell that the art world is about to take a break. I started The Office in 2003 to give a voice to OC based contemporary artists who I thought needed to be seen. While I ran the space I'd interface with many artists and curators.
