Sunday night Mrs. OC Art Blog attended the closing event of the Detours show Dinner w/Marc at The HB Art Center and took a couple of pictures. My business partner at my real job Barry Vince heads up the Blue Foundation who hold an annual Grand Prix party where all proceeds benefit Children Today. The OC Register reports today that the Laguna Art Museum is looking to give up it's prime ocean view location for bigger digs in the canyon. The powers that be will be going in front of City Council tonight to seek approval. Great move in my opinion. Also of note, longtime Bowers Museum curator Armand Labbe' passed away last Saturday from cancer. The museum will hold a memorial service on a date to be announced. ...
